Because Mass Axis provides immediate access to digital tools, automations, integrations, and communication features: • All payments made to Mass Axis CRM are final and non‑refundable. This applies to: • Pay‑as‑you‑go usage charges • Monthly subscriptions • Annual subscriptions • Upgrades • Add‑ons • Promotional or discounted plans

• 2. Pay‑As‑You‑Go Billing (Usage‑Based Charges)

  Mass Axis offers a pay‑as‑you‑go option for certain features such as: • SMS • Calling • Other usage‑based tools These charges are billed based on actual usage and are non‑refundable once processed, even if: • You stop using the platform • You cancel your account • You did not intend to use a feature • A team member triggered usage You are responsible for monitoring your usage inside your dashboard.

• 3. Monthly & Yearly Subscription Plans

  If you choose a subscription plan, your card will be charged automatically on the billing cycle you selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Canceling your subscription: • Stops future charges • Does not refund previous payments • Keeps your access active until the end of the paid period No partial or prorated refunds are provided.

• 4. Free Trials (If Offered)

  If a free trial is available, you may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts to a paid plan, the payment becomes final and non‑refundable.

• 5. Billing Errors

  If you believe you were incorrectly charged due to: • A duplicate transaction • A system error • A technical issue Contact us within 7 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be corrected.

• 6. Chargebacks

  Filing a chargeback without contacting Mass Axis first may result in: • Immediate account suspension • Permanent removal from the platform • Loss of access to all data, pipelines, and automations We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve any issue quickly.

• 7. Canceling Your Subscription

  You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account dashboard. Canceling stops future billing but does not refund past payments.
