    In no event shall Mass Axis, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

    Payment information (if applicable)

    Details about your business that you provide, such as team size, customer contacts, and uploaded files.

  • 13. Google User Data Access
    Mass Axis CRM uses Google OAuth to allow users to connect their Google account for email, contacts, and calendar features. When you choose to connect your Google account, we may request access to the following Google data:
    
    Gmail: read, send, delete, and manage email on your behalf
    
    Google Contacts: view and manage your contacts
    
    Google Calendar: view and manage your calendar events
    
    This data is used only to provide core CRM functionality, including email communication, contact syncing, and calendar scheduling. We do not access any Google data that is not required for the features you choose to use.
    
    Mass Axis CRM does not:
    
    Sell Google user data
    
    Share Google user data with third parties
    
    Use Google user data for advertising
    
    Use Google user data outside of the features you explicitly enable
    
    You may disconnect your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings. Disconnecting immediately stops all access to your Google data.
  • 14. Data Deletion for Google Users
    Users may request deletion of their Mass Axis CRM account and all associated data, including any Google‑sourced data, by emailing support@massaxis.com. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Users may also revoke Mass Axis CRM’s access to Google data at any time through their Google Account permissions page.
  • 15. Data Retention
    We retain your information as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, your information will be deleted or anonymized.
  • 16. Data Security
    We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. While we strive to safeguard your information, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
  • 17. International Users
    If you access our Services from outside the United States, please note that your information may be transferred and stored in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.

    Subscriber agrees to use the Services in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and industry standards. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Subscriber will use the Services in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (“TCPA”) and all regulations implementing the TCPA, other teleservices laws and regulations, and privacy and data security laws and regulations. Subscriber bears sole responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and regulations and sole liability for any and all communications sent using the Services.
  • 19. Export Laws and International Privacy
    Subscriber agrees to fully comply with all U.S. and other applicable export laws and regulations. Subscriber is not permitted to use the Services in connection with the processing of personal data of an EU, EEA, UK, or Swiss data subject or of any person located outside the United States of America.
  • 20. Third-Party Links
    Our website or platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. Please review their privacy policies independently.
  • 21. OPT-IN Notice
    By providing your contact information and agreeing to this opt-in, you consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Mass Axis CRM via the following channels:
